Retreating

Retreats are where the practice deepens.

Beyond the studio, these experiences are designed to create real space — to move, rest, reset, and reconnect without the distractions of everyday life. Each retreat is intentionally crafted with a balance of yoga, nature, nourishing food, and unstructured time.

This is where you come to feel better — not just while you’re there, but long after you return home.

I don’t believe in packed itineraries or constant stimulation.

My retreats are built around the idea that slowing down is productive. That rest is meaningful. That space is necessary.

We practice. We eat well. We spend time in nature. We leave room for quiet.

Because when you remove the noise, what matters tends to rise to the surface.

Expect a rhythm, not a rigid schedule.

Morning movement.
Time to explore or rest.
Evening wind-down practices.

Nourishing meals (your needs matter! we always make dietary accommodations), meaningful connection, and plenty of time to be on your own if that’s what you need.

No pressure to do everything.
No expectation to be anything other than where you are.

These retreats are for people who prioritize feeling well.

You don’t need to be “advanced” at yoga — just willing to show up, move your body, and be present.

If you value good food, sleep, nature, and a slower pace…
If you’d rather wake up early than stay up late…
If you want to leave feeling clearer, stronger, and more grounded…

You’ll feel at home here.
